Our clients are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful and expanding Estate Agency business.

Basic Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum, plus OTE £45,000 and car allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm (1 day off in lieu during the week)
About the role
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants and vendors.
2. Thoroughly qualifying applicants to understand their motivation and design the best tour for them.
3. Planning and executing structured and productive viewing tours.
4. Assessing buyers' financial position and promptly referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
5. Staying proactive throughout the conveyancing process by initiating surveys and diligently following up with solicitors and buyers for documentation.
6. Promptly initiate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring timely completion.
