The Role:
At Amplifi, data-driven growth strategies are central to achieving our ambitious business objectives. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive customer acquisition and retention to lead to revenue growth. In addition to identifying new opportunities, you will focus on optimising growth within our existing customer base through targeted marketing initiatives and backend decisioning enhancements.
Your responsibilities will span across critical growth initiatives, including leading customer research efforts, optimising end-to-end customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch impactful projects. You’ll lead the ideation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll analyse data to uncover opportunities and work closely with tech and product teams to refine and expand our digital offerings, including app-based initiatives.

Bridging the gap between strategic marketing efforts and actionable operational insights. You will collaborate with colleagues in credit risk, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the execution of growth initiatives that aligns with business targets, ensuring measurable impact.
* Lead the execution of Existing Customer Marketing campaigns.
* Research and assess the feasibility of new acquisition channels.
* Improve direct acquisition through SEO, PPC and other digital marketing channels, including prime decline panels or point-of-sale referrals.
* Design and deliver a comprehensive customer research plan, including NPS surveys, monitoring of reviews from Trustpilot and ad-hoc studies, to deepen customer understanding and inform business decisions.
* Analyse key data points to identify improvement areas, prioritise actionable insights, and implement strategies to drive growth.
* Collaborate with the UX team to review and refine the customer journey, identifying and implementing changes to boost overall performance and Improve conversion rates.
* Partner with tech and product teams to support app launch strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance growth initiatives.

* Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
To be successful, you should have:
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused or commercial role, ideally within financial services, marketing, or a data-driven environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex business initiatives from ideation to execution while aligning with broader business targets.
* Ability to evaluate and implement new acquisition channels.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams such as credit risk, operations, and product.
* A passion for finding innovative solutions to optimise conversion rates, enhance customer journeys, and drive measurable growth.
* Strong ability to analyse data, derive actionable insights, and prioritise improvement actions to drive business outcomes.
* A proven track record of managing targeted marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
* Experience in customer research, including NPS surveys and ad-hoc insights, to enhance customer understanding and optimise strategies.

* Copywriting experience
* Experience with consumer financial products
* Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth environment
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in consumer lending
