Your role will involve working with people of all ages, providing mental health support within a primary care setting. You’ll be offering specialist assessments, developing care plans, and supporting patients and their families in what can often be really challenging times. You’ll be part of a wider team, ensuring everyone gets the holistic, compassionate care they deserve.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have a recognised Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
