* Salary £31,000 per annum

To succeed, you'll need good interpersonal skills, knowledge of safe food handling, and a friendly, professional approach. Michelin and 3 AA Rosette experience is ideal.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll work in a small team to create Michelin-level dishes for a 6 and 9 course tasting menu. You'll work with local suppliers to create luxurious dishes accompanying fine whisky.
