You possess the ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency. You are willing to work night shifts and have a commitment to maintaining safety and reassurance for individuals in their own homes. A full manual driving license and access to a car are essential for this role. What the Job Involves This position involves being an integral part of the Carelink service, providing 24-hour emergency monitoring and response. Your duties will include handling calls, responding to emergencies, performing safe and well checks, as well as installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers’ homes. The role requires office-based work as well as attending to customers in their homes at night. You will work shifts on a rolling rota basis, covering weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays, based at the Gatehouse on Kedleston Road, Derby.
