Partnership Coordinator, Marriage and Relationship Programs
This is a limited term appointment. Continuation of employment is contingent upon availability of funding.
The Auburn University Human Development & Family Science seeks candidates for a Partnership Coordinator position responsible for coordination with the Principal Investigator/Project Director and the Project Manager on an applied research project to develop, coordinate, monitor, and ensure the implementation of high-quality healthy marriage and relationship education programs for couples across 6 project implementation sites in the state of Alabama, including the local implementation site. The Partnership Coordinator serves as the key liaison between the AU project team and 5 implementation sites (contracted community family resource centers).

Essential Functions
This position involves a number of distinct responsibilities for the Alabama Healthy Marriage & Education Initiative (AHMREI) that include but are not limited to:
* Daily communication and periodic on-site liaison with program deliverers at partner sites to ensure fidelity to program implementation design and policies and meeting goals for enrollment and completion;
* Technical assistance to community partner site staff regarding recruitment, retention, and implementation;
* Serving as part of the leadership team for coordination of classes in Lee County: recruitment, enrollment, and completion for couples;
* Direct delivery/facilitating of programs through the Lee County site;
* Liaison with the performance measurement and research teams regarding the collection of data at all sites related to program attendance/completion and program efficacy. This task involves training and monitoring and providing technical assistance.
* Assist the PI/PM in report preparation for funder, stakeholders, and academic audiences; and
* Coordination with AHMREI Leadership Team on compliance with university and federal policies.
Minimum Qualifications
* Level II requires a Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to position plus 2 years of experience in project or program administration or relevant field.
* Level III requires a Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to position plus 4 years’ experience in project or program administration or relevant field.
* Candidates without degrees may substitute 8 years of experience.
Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Master’s or Post-Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience with programming that serves low-resource individuals and families.
* Experience working with domestic violence victims advocate organizations.
* Experience in social sciences and familiarity with research-based community relationship education programs; mentoring and training experience in an applied social science research setting.
* Experience providing presentations for academic and lay audiences at the local and national levels.
* Experience in management of tasks and meeting simultaneous timelines, coordinating the implementation of outreach programs at remote sites.
* Experience in coordinated outreach efforts with community agencies; and demonstrated experience in community-based data collection, analyses and the preparation of reports to the funder.
