Having recently expanded upon services within Birmingham, they are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need. Could that be you?
Vacancy Brief:
* Seeking employees on a ‘temp’ basis with the potential to go permanent, allowing successful candidates to invest in their professional development within a growing service.
* Required working hours are 37.50 per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with occasional flexibility.
* Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and social media.
* Excellent pay rate: £13.15 PAYE or £16.77 per hour Umbrella.
* Full UK Driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferable.
* Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing cash flow, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with cooperative rules, and providing support to Committee Members.
* Actively involved in assisting with community activities such as the community food hub, including food shopping and supporting volunteers as required.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and reservations for management committee members.
* Ensure proper calling of meetings, record attendance, retain meeting minutes, and maintain the register of members and officers.
This role requires someone who is adaptable and flexible to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities.
