Purpose of This Role We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our multi-site hospitality operations across Stansted Airport. At Stansted Airport, we operate our own proprietary restaurants and bars alongside two LEON branded stores and a Comptoir Libanais restaurant. In this role, you will lead and develop teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure compliance with operational and brand standards, drive profitability, and manage KPIs such as sales, costs, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest quality standards. With proven experience in multi-site management, strong leadership abilities, and operational expertise, you’ll thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities This role involves ensuring each store operates efficiently to optimise profitability and EBITDA while maintaining high operational standards. Key responsibilities include embedding a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, developing talent and succession planning, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, business partners, and stakeholders. The candidate will analyse financial data to identify improvements, work with Store Managers on action plans, and ensure compliance with food safety and service quality standards. Regular guidance, support, and coaching of Store Managers are also essential to drive operational success. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a candidate with over five years of proven experience in the Hospitality sector, specifically in overseeing multi-site stores andbrands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams within fast-paced environments and a passion for coaching and leading teams to deliver exceptional operational excellence and outstanding service.
