We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Administrator based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a national distributor and wholesaler servicing a mix of small independent and large companies.
Responsibilities of theDispatch Administrator
* Manage admin tasks for outbound and transport services.
* Planning of loading plans.
* Prepare driver paperwork.
* Prepare invoices.
* Make sure vehicles are loaded with the correct stock and in the correct order for multidrop delivery.
Requirements for a successful Dispatch Administrator
* Full driving licence with own transport.
* Proven Administration experience within a warehouse/transport department.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem skills.
* Good working knowledge of the warehouse/transport industry.

Salary: £29,000 per annumLocation: Luton Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 7:00am
