About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand market share, accelerate revenue growth, and drive client adoption of our Securities Processing platform. Engage closely with Sales, Product, and Client Management teams to align product positioning with industry challenges and client needs. Leverage deep industry experience to identify operational inefficiencies and position our platform as a solution to real-world challenges in settlements, corporate actions, custody, and post-trade operations. Drive strategic partnerships with financial institutions, market utilities, and technology vendors to enhance product capabilities and distribution. Act as a senior client advocate, managing high-profile escalations, steering committee discussions, and strategic engagements. Lead thought leadership and advocacy initiatives, contributing to industry discussions on regulatory changes, operational efficiency, and technology transformation. Collaborate with marketing teams to position our platform effectively in the market and represent the company at industry events. Support sales teams in deal strategy, client presentations, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client requirements. Provide key market intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions, ensuring we address industry pain points and remain competitive. Candidate Profile: 15 years of hands-on experience in custody, settlements, post-trade operations, or retail brokerage, either within a financial institution or a software vendor serving the industry. Proven track record in implementing enterprise software solutions for post-trade processing, including experience with vendor platforms, in-house system modernization, or digital transformation initiatives. Deep knowledge of global and regional market infrastructures, including CSDs, CCPs, custodians, brokers, and regulatory bodies. Experience working closely with IT, operations, and business teams to deploy technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, market expansion, and product positioning within the securities processing ecosystem. Exceptional stakeholder management experience, engaging with C-level executives, regulators, and industry leaders. Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, driving adoption of technology solutions across key client segments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities. Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
