A leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor to join their growing team based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor delivering prestigious design and build projects across the Midlands.

The role will involve regular travel to the Company's sites and offices. The SHE Advisor reports to the QESH Manager.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH diploma
* A minimum of NEBOSH Construction certificate
* Construction experience including high rise apartments
* CSCS Card
* SEATS
Key Duties:
* Implement the Company's SHE Policy.
* Monitor SHE performance goals.
* Provide pro-active support on all SHE issues.
* Show commitment to ensuring continuous improvement in SHE performance.
* Maintain and improve an accredited Health & Safety Management system.
* Maintain and improve an accredited Environmental Management System.

Salary & Package:
* Excellent Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
