As the Senior Manager for Editorial Planning and Content Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a cohesive editorial strategy across internal and external communication channels.

Principal Accountabilities: Drive Global Editorial Strategy: Develop and lead the editorial calendar, ensuring a strategic approach to content planning and delivery across multiple internal and external platforms, including the corporate website, intranet, and other digital and print media.
Create Compelling Stories: Write, edit, and oversee content that communicates the company’s strategy, achievements, and culture.
Craft narratives that resonate with both internal and external audiences, showcasing the company’s values and strategic direction.
Support Corporate Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content is aligned with the corporate brand, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
Work with global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging that aligns with the company’s goals.
Engage Employees and Leadership: Partner with senior leadership and site leaders globally to create content that helps employees understand how the company is delivering on its strategy.
Ensure content is accessible and impactful, fostering a sense of connection and shared purpose Maintain and Update the Website: Regularly update the corporate website to ensure it accurately reflects the company’s strategy, achievements, and ongoing projects.
Ensure the website is a key tool for both external stakeholders and internal teams to stay informed and engaged.
Create Engaging Internal Communication Campaigns: Develop communication strategies and campaigns that engage employees at all levels, helping them understand and align with corporate initiatives.
This includes regular newsletters, internal updates, and multimedia content to support employee engagement and information flow.
Collaborate Across Functions and Geographies: Work closely with stakeholders from different regions and departments to gather insights, promote key initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment in messaging.
Ensure that regional differences are respected and effectively communicated.
Optimize Content Distribution: Utilize internal communication channels such as the intranet, newsletters, and corporate events to distribute content to employees effectively.
Leverage digital tools to ensure content reaches the right audiences in a timely and impactful manner Track and Measure Content Impact: Use analytics and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of content across channels.
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee engagement, content reach, and feedback, adjusting strategies based on insights to optimize content delivery.
Support Stakeholder Engagement: Foster engagement with key stakeholders across the organization, from HQ to remote teams.
Help ensure that key messages and corporate narratives are understood and adopted at all levels.

Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in strategic thinking to develop and execute content plans for corporate brands Desired: 5 years in the Life Sciences industry Strong content planning experience Demonstrated experience in global content planning and delivery, ideally within a corporate or communications-focused role.
Experience in maintaining brand consistency across channels and tailoring content to different audiences while adhering to corporate guidelines.
Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to track, measure, and analyze content performance to inform future strategies.
Knowledge of how to adapt strategies based on metrics and feedback is essential.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Proven editorial experience in both internal and external communications, ideally within high-growth or international environments.
Strong Storytelling Ability: Ability to craft compelling narratives that speak to both hearts and minds, particularly in the context of corporate strategy, organizational culture, and leadership communication.

Proactive and Results-Oriented: Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects at once, always focused on delivering high-quality content that meets business and engagement goals.
A Digital Savvy Professional: Experience working across digital platforms, optimizing the use of social media, internal portals, and websites to engage both internal teams and external audiences.

The expected base salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $143,000/yr.
dependent on a number of factors including the candidate's work experience and skill set.
