If so, then we may have the opportunity for you We are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager who will be responsible for demand forecasting developing intra hour requirements for the OOH and CAS based on historical patterns. In this role you will w ork closely with Service, Operations and OOH Managers. You will continually support and develop a weekly plan for all OOH/CAS services showing daily rota-fill position and identifying intra-hour cover gaps. You will also be responsible for recruitment, both from an agency perspective as well as direct staffing. This includes working with the designated recruitment team to advise on areas of need, as well as supporting candidates throughout the process and as they settle into the organisation and start taking their first shifts. You will u se demand profiles and productivity measures to provide a workable staffing requirement, work with Rota Co-ordinators to ensure a schedule that works for each service. You will use NHSE intelligence and Practice Plus Group historical information to provide robust and accurate short term forecasts You will work closely with the WFP Development and Insights Manager, and Information analysts to understand GP & Clinician productivity across the services
