We’re looking for a skilled Communications and Engagement Manager to take ownership of our owner communications channel, crafting clear, creative and commercially focussed content that informs, connects and engages.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our approach – planning, writing and delivering targeting targeted campaigns that strengthen relationships, build loyalty and support our wider strategy. What you will be doing...
* Lead a small team to develop and deliver a strategic communications programme for our Holiday Homeowners community – acting as their advocate and shaping messaging that informs, engages and strengthens loyalty.
* Develop and deliver initiatives to enhance owner satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.
* Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, and Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive Owner acquisition and retention campaigns.
* Oversee the content strategy for our owner communications, using data and insights to optimise engagement and continuously improve our comms effectiveness.
* Work closely with our events teamon-Park teams to enhance our Owners’ experience through exclusive events.
* Act as guardian for our Owner database ensuring accuracy, segmentation and compliance.
* Use CRM tools to tailor and personalise owner messaging.
* Lead on exciting campaign projects across multiple communications channels with responsibility for tracking and analysing activity and trends.
Some of the skills we’re looking for...
* An experienced communications operator who’s passionate about delivering messages in a way that makes a real impact.
* Experience working with a high value product and proposition with the ability to demonstrate commercial mindset.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise communication efforts.
* Organised, proactive, and can work independently and with initiative, with the ability to manage own workload and be empowered to run projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field, or qualified by experience.
* Proficiency using CRM and email marketing tools.
* Demonstrable experience of campaign management across a multichannel environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.
