Your expertise will be vital in managing key areas, including asbestos management, water safety and M&E workstreams. You will also be responsible for embedding appropriate controls, exception resolution and reporting, and providing assurance to the business. As a Compliance Team Leader, you will manage a compliance team, produce and report on programs, and monitor compliance-related remedial works, budgets and external contractors. This data-driven opportunity involves implementing and monitoring appropriate controls for managing asset and component changes, ensuring that through regular data reconciliations, exceptions are investigated, and communicated with all stakeholders until resolution. This is a permanent, full-time roaming role, offering a mix of working from home and in the office. The position is subject to a basic DBS check. To Succeed In This Role You Will Need Proven experience of managing compliance related activity, particularly in the areas of asbestos, water safety and M&E Knowledge & experience of compliance programmes is essential, technical qualifications are desirable Experience of working within a quality assurance and risk averse environment Experience of managing people within a performance management framework Experience of managing budgets and external contractors Detail orientated with good organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of using Microsoft D365 to manage compliance workstreams is desirable Efficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Flexible working attitude Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively The closing date for this role is Wednesday 20th November, with interview dates to be confirmed.
