Queen Elizabeth's School is looking for a Pastoral Support Manager to join our Pastoral team. Could this be you? This non-teaching role will provide pastoral care to support the welfare and progress of students, working as part of the wider pastoral team to support our school and trust wide processes for attendance, behaviour and safeguarding. Actual Salary £26,520 - £ 29,921 per annum (Grade 8, SCP 12 - SCP 20) This job is Full time - 37 Hours per week (Term time 3 additional weeks) It is offered on a Permanent basis Approximate start date February 2025 We are looking for someone who: has excellent organisational and communication skills must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and good time management has the confidence to take appropriate decisions. has a real interest in supporting students’ learning. Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of Working in a similar role or in a school environment Working with young people Using data and tracking tools to monitor behaviour, attendance and progress.
