We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Account Manager will play a key role in driving growth, engagement and long-term success of our Partner Programme.
This role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic thinking and operational execution to maximises the value of our partner network.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Retention and Growth: Develop and implement joint strategies to retain existing partners and identify opportunities for growth within the partner portfolio.
Support and Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their success with our products and services, value proposition and joint objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively to address any issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, sales, marketing, and product, to ensure partner satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Working with FP&A prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, including key metrics and insights to senior management.
Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and implementing the overall partner strategy.
Proven experience and success in an Account Management role where you have developed and grown a portfolio
You have a data driven approach and are able to track, measure and report on key KPIs
Experience working within the AML/KYC/Compliance space is preferred, and knowledge of relevant sectors or RegTech SaaS products in general is beneficial
