Business Development Manager
Holt Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their successful and established sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a target-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a technical and engineering background.
Responsibilities:
• Increase sales of the company's product range
• Develop and maintain existing key customer relationships
• Support global subsidiary network
• Manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and situations in a busy, deadline-driven environment
• Manage customer requests and generate quotations
• Advise on customer specifications and ensure a high standard of customer service
• Look after key accounts and generate new business
• Utilize CRM system and keep it up to date
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Attend regular sales meetings
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Technical and engineering background preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting
