Job Title: Junior Project Manager and Bid Support

Role Overview: Join our mission to make a significant impact on people's lives. As a Project Coordinator and Bid Support, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from initial scoping to implementation, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and preparing responses to European tenders and large project bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support:
* Serve as the central point of contact for projects.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal staff to ensure successful project delivery.
* Adapt to and manage changes in a fast-growing company.
Bid Writing and Development Support:
* Prepare and submit responses to European tenders and large project bids.
* Coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance, arrange training, and manage certifications.
Project Admin:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the projects and ensure ordering and product availability within delivery deadlines.
* Manage financial control of projects and support bookkeeping alignment.
* Continuously review and improve processes/procedures to support company growth.
* Oversee project compliance in line with quality policies.
* Computer Networking and Video over IP knowledge a huge plus.
* Experience with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices on building site a bonus.
Candidate Profile:
We welcome candidates with experience in Medical, AV, High Technology, or IT Markets. Experience in medical systems integration and large software system deployments is a plus. Key traits for success in this role include:
* Practical office management skills
* Creative planning and organization
* Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Xcell etc.
* Proficiency in AutoCad a plus
* Technical mindset with a solution-oriented attitude
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
* Strong people skills for influencing and mentoring
* Attention to detail for ISO compliance
* Perseverance in training coordination
* Financial acumen and discretion
* Tender and bid writing experience (desirable)
* TCP/IP and Video over IP know how.
* Multilingual abilities (a plus)
Remuneration and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £30-35K, depending on experience
