We are currently recruiting Assembly Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall, Suffolk.
This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Full training will be provided, with a structured onboarding process.
Shift Pattern:
* Sunday-Wednesday, Sunday-Tuesday 6:00-18:00
* OR Thursday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday 6:00-18:00
* Hours: 77 hours over 2 weeks, overtime available
Training Period:
* Duration: Up to 6 weeks
* Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
* Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain assembly machines
* Inspect products, record data, and ensure quality standards
* Pack components and label packaging
* Maintain a clean work area
* Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting
