Our client, a trusted partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, is seeking an experienced General Operator - Soldering (CCA) to perform manufacturing, self-certification, and sub-assembly duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques, with a solid understanding of resistors, capacitors, diodes, and ICs for proper placement. They should be able to follow circuit diagrams and assembly instructions, and handle printed circuit boards (PCBs) safely to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.
