Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 11 Manager to support students during their last year at school, making a positive impact on their lives.
Working with young people within Year 11, the Year Manager will build positive relationships with students, providing them with a safe and supportive space. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of young people by providing basic first aid support.
The role will involve having a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and involve signposting students and families to external support if required.

Ryde Academy, based on the Isle of Wight, is an 11 to 18 years Secondary Academy and is sponsored by Lift Schools. The school is set in spacious grounds and had a completely new state of the art building in 2017.
