Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee a team of field technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality installations.
* Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their technical and professional skills.
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated RF, IP, and hardware issues.
* Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in a field tech or supervisory role, preferably at a WISP.
* Strong knowledge of RF technologies, wireless equipment, and cabling (Cat5/6, fiber, power).
* Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
