You'll take part in duty management, deputising for the General Manager (including regular weekends) as well as running the visitor operation and setting our strategic direction.As a member of the leadership team, you’ll oversee day-to-day visitor operations, ensuring excellent everyday delivery. With a famous hotel as our tenant in the centre of the estate, our level of service has to be the best. You'll have budgetary control, whilst maximising income generation, from admissions, events and membership to be re-invested at our Mid Ulster properties. You’ll create a positive and productive work environment for your team, who lead on visitor welcome, events, learning, marketing and more.
