Are you interested in an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of specialist psychological interventions for Children and Young People, in Norfolk?
We are looking to recruit a pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to train in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and become part of the broader psychological therapies team within Norfolk and Waveney Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). There will be the opportunity to transition from Band 6 (Trainee CBT Therapist) to Band 7 (CBT Therapist) upon successful completion of the training course, which is provided through University College London (UCL).
Our service has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruit to Train Trainee, part of the NHS England (NHSE) funded Recruit to Train Programme in partnership with Anna Freud Centre and University College London. The post-holder will be training on the Children & Young People Mental Health Therapy Course and carrying out clinical work in our service to complement their studies and use their newly developed skills. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic mental health practitioners to work and train within our service. The training post will equip the post-holder to provide interventions for children, young people, or families using evidence-based intervention consistent with the course they are attending.
