Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the provision for pupils with special educational needs. • Ensure that all students receive high-quality teaching and support. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective strategies. • Maintain accurate records and reports on students’ progress. • Support and train staff on SEN best practices and inclusive teaching methods. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Extensive knowledge of SEN code of practice and relevant legislation. • Experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
