Position Summary As a Spa Supervisor at St. Pancras Renaissance, you will manage and supervise all areas of our spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, pool facilities, gym, pool, changing areas, and staff. You'll coordinate the delivery of spa services including spa, skin care, fitness & wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk, and locker room areas. Your role involves providing the highest possible standard of treatments and client-care, carrying out treatments, and driving sales of product and treatments. You will work with the Director of Spa/Head of Spa Operations to successfully execute all spa and leisure operations, striving to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. You’ll need to know your stuff: Work with selected vendors for spa retail operations to deliver an outstanding guest service spa experience. Provide all Spa treatments as required, ensuring outstanding guest service at all times. Take ownership of Spa treatment rooms, ensuring areas are presentable and deliver an outstanding Spa experience to guests. Use and sell retail products. Work with the Director of Spa/Head of Spa Operations and Development to successfully execute all spa and leisure operations; strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always offer our guests unique and fabulous options to enhance their visit and experience in the Spa areas. Comply with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards. Follow the lost property procedures. Comply with Brand Standards when preparing each room for guest arrival.
