The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our data strategy, ensuring the organisation meets national, regional, and local performance standards, and providing high-quality analysis to support strategic decision-making. Main duties of the job As Director of Performance, your key responsibilities will be: Lead the business intelligence and performance functions, ensuring robust monitoring of performance standards and providing statistical and predictive analytics Develop and implement a data-led culture, embedding new analytics initiatives to enhance user experience and decision-making. Build strong relationships with operational divisions and corporate teams to support the delivery of the Trust plan and corporate objectives. Ensure recovery plans are in place for areas not meeting performance standards and embed programs for demand and capacity modelling and productivity monitoring. Provide assurance to the Executive team and Board regarding data quality and highlight areas for improvement. Support the Board, Executive, and Locality leadership teams with robust data and information to deliver complex analysis and performance improvement.
