Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll do
Vodafone Business Technology Solutions (VBTS UK), enable Fixed and Converged communication solutions for customers in the UK. Standard Delivery Services (SDS) is a function in VBTS UK. SDS play an essential role in the build of customer services. This includes design, plan, and hand-over into the Run functions. Our position allows the conversion of lead to cash and supports our customers doing business in an increasingly connected world
The Support Hub within SDS includes a team of Process & Automation Specialists. This team focuses on activities such as, Finance, Reporting, Risk Management, Process Mapping & Automation Initiatives.
A Process & Automation Specialist in the Support Hub could work across any of our key areas, likely with a focus on a target area. You will be a Subject Matter Expert in your given field, and use that knowledge to drive efficiency, governance and change across SDS.
Who you are
1. Proven background in transformation and continuous improvement of processes
2. Experience with Signavio or ARIS, Power Apps, Power BI & Power Automate (desirable)
3. Excellent stakeholder management ability
4. Knowledge & experience of delivery of telecom services to enterprise customers
5. Knowledge of Vodafone’s Fixed Products & Converged solutions
