Our product delivers world-class software to aid in streamlining operations, increasing profitability, ensuring compliance and achieving rapid growth for all field service businesses. About the Role: As an Enterprise SDR, you will initiate contact with potential customers by generating demand and making them brand and product aware. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers who could benefit from Joblogic software, thus generating new qualified sales opportunities and contributing towards the growth of the sales pipeline. An important part of the role is focused on cultivating often long-term relationships with businesses. For this – and as you build the first impression of the business - you’ll need to maintain professional manners and image across all platforms and touchpoints. Comprehensive training will be provided on Joblogic software and internal sales processes; however, you should be already equipped with the skills needed to confidently engage with prospects through outbound calls, outreaches on LinkedIn, and emails, ultimately booking them for software demonstrations. Additionally, keeping up to date with industry trends and keeping an eye on competition to stay relevant and more effective is a must. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, do outreaches on LinkedIn, and send emails to prospects to make them brand-aware and build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers to book software demonstrations. Manage the leads pipeline efficiently and accurately and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications Initiate meaningful conversations with cold leads. Introduce Joblogic software, highlighting its features comprehensively. Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team. Essential Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years B2B experience in a SaaS-based organization, preferably within the service management industry. Proficiency in utilizing SDR tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales generation platforms. Ability to learn a comprehensive software platform quickly and keep up to date with it. Strong relationship-building skills with prospective customers. Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. International work/project/campaign experience, especially in the UK and Ireland. Excellent communication skills in British English, both verbal and written. Ability to deliver high-quality work and timely follow-ups.
