The Role: Working closely with a mix of service users including young parents, those recovering from drug/alcohol problems, care leavers, people with learning difficulties, families at risk, people at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable individuals to help them acquire essential life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, or accessing education/employment; supporting them to move into independence. As a support worker, you will deliver keyworker sessions against agreed outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
* Previous experience of working with these service user groups is preferred but not essential; life experience is just as valuable.
* A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is desirable; however, ROC Solid will fund a Level 3 qualification post-probation.
