The Role In this fast-paced role, you’ll: Schedule and allocate work using Job Watch and other client-specific systems. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and external companies daily. Order parts and book client visits. Handle issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to schedules. Deliver excellent administrative support and maintain accurate records. What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements: Proven experience in scheduling (minimum 1 year). Background in facilities maintenance (minimum 1 year). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A methodical, detail-focused approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
