The People and Culture Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the People and Culture (P&C) business partnering team.
Key skills and experience:
1. P&C Generalist experience essential with employee relations experience desirable.
2. Desirable to have experience of working within a specialist P&C function eg, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Reward.
3. CIPD qualification (part or fully qualified) desirable.
4. Good knowledge of P&C policies, systems, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies.
5. Have strong working knowledge of current employment legislation.
