Belfast City Centre Hotel- £40k-£45k, plus attractive Bonus
Are you a driven, results-oriented professional with a flair for building connections and a passion for hospitality? Our client’s bustling Belfast City hotel is searching for an energetic Sales Manager to drive revenue, foster client relationships, and help elevate guest experience to the next level.
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel’s sales team, creating and managing relationships with corporate clients and travel partners. You’ll manage an existing portfolio and generate new business, while keeping a close eye on market trends to keep your hotel top of mind for local and international guests.
What you’ll do:
* Analyse local hotel markets and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
* Grow and maintain revenue through new and existing customer relationships.
* Develop strong client partnerships to drive cross-selling across the group.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
* Lead and manage sales reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
* Execute and update sales plans aligned with business strategy.
* Manage RFP processes and ensure stakeholder collaboration during negotiations.
* Support Group and M&E inquiries while maintaining an active pipeline of target accounts.
* Ensure effective use of CRM systems and participate in sales events and meetings.
What you’ll have:
* Proven experience in hotel sales management, with an understanding of an RFP.
* Strong understanding of local and national markets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience in team leadership and development.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK where business needs exist.
