To be a great Support Worker you should be a compassionate individual with the ability to adapt to the needs of the people we support. You should combine a genuine passion for helping others with a warm, friendly and encouraging personality to ensure that the people we support remain at the centre of everything you do. Previous experience of working within social care would be a bonus but not essential.
