General sales admin and support for large accounts including support with tender documents and customer portals.
Internal communication to ensure customer requirements met and orders fulfilled.
NPD support for launch and development.
Support internal retail team, including adding orders to system, management of retail inbox, forecast monitoring, and liaising with hauliers as needed.
Label and barcode management and creation.
Support with project management for all events including organising travel and hotels.
Support with customer sustainability requirements.
Maintain customer bibles.
Support for CEO and Retail Director as needed.
Management of Retail drive on internal server.
Competitor analysis.
Marketing
Support on all marketing across group of businesses with a focus on Retail brand development.
Create and implement social media strategy for whole business to generate brand awareness and grow online impact/network. Platforms used: IG, FB and LinkedIn.
Support with copywriting and content management for online customers.
Support with press releases and external press sign offs.
Management of image assets in line with brand expectations.
Create strategy for development chef to ensure recipes utilized and marketing across all platforms.
Management of e-commerce visual proposition and copy.
Work with MSC and CFPO to ensure brand is always represented in third party marketing.
Support with marketing strategy to grow company e-commerce business, including B2C marketing: mail shots etc.
NPD launch marketing.
Support in managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures, ensuring all company brand assets aligned.
Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows.
Support in new POS launches: retailer labels and NPD. Liaise with external design agencies and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pro-rata
