IQVIA is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our Healthcare Professionals Network to assist on an upcoming study. We are looking for a highly organised individual who excels in customer service, thrives on efficiency, and is passionate about improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
2. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role
2. Demonstrated ability to manage appointments and schedules
3. Strong customer service skills, with experience in dealing with patients, clients, or customers
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
6. Flexibility, good time management, and the ability to work well in a team
Experience in scheduling within a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly organised, and capable of managing their own workload while supporting colleagues as needed.
The role will be fully remote and we will accept applications from anywhere in Europe. You must have fluent English language skills. We are not offering sponsorship for this position.
