We are looking to appoint a future school leader to join our ambitious, successful, and welcoming Senior Leadership Team. The Petersfield School was judged by Ofsted to be outstanding in every category in May 2024 and is a member of the high performing Bohunt Education Trust (BET) partnership.

We are one of the highest performing schools in Hampshire and we have a strong heritage as a Performing Arts school. We are a ‘school with a heart’ characterised by excellent relationships between staff and students with consistently outstanding student behaviour. In 2017 we opened a joint Sixth Form with Bohunt School in Liphook. In May 2024, Ofsted reported that “Pupils and staff feel proud to be a part of ‘Team TPS’. Pupils achieve very well academically and grow personally.” and that leaders are passionate in “ensuring all pupils achieve well and enjoy their time at The Petersfield School.”
The school is located in the attractive market town of Petersfield with easy access to the A3 between Guildford and Portsmouth and the M27. We are also five-minute walk from Petersfield station on the mainline between Portsmouth and London.
