The Role:
We are seeking passionate and innovative Graduate Technical Safety and Environmental Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Safety and Environmental Engineer you will work as part of a project team, applying your engineering knowledge to assess and improve safety measures. You would be working on energy security and energy transition projects including plastics recycling, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen production, Refineries and oil/gas processing plants.
What you’ll do:
* Utilize software like PHAST and Flaresim for consequence modelling.
* Take part in key safety reviews, including HAZID and HAZOP sessions.
* Assist in designing safety systems, from firewater protection to blast mitigation.
* Contribute to the development of safety specifications and manage safety actions.
* As you gain experience, work on larger and more complex safety designs.

What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Engineering or Science (typically Chemical Engineering).
* Master’s Degree in Chemical or Process Safety preferred but not essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative engineering solutions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction or Visa sponsorship.
