A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to join the close-knit and supportive Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT)
CRHTT are based at The Orchards Community Unit, Ripon provide Urgent/ Crisis mental health services for people aged 18 - 65 years old and living in Harrogate and Ripon rural district.
The team base is easily accessible by car, bus and bicycle with off street parking available.
As a member of this ever growing and friendly team, you will work in an open plan office. The building is also home to other teams we work closely alongside and is anarea of high activity; no two days are the same. We have a a 30 hour position available and although the core hours and need of the team would require an 8.15am start time- we are willing to consider condensed hours for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
Whilst having previous experience in an administrative role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is not. We are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion for people, customer service experience, extensive organisational skills, an interest in working in a health care setting and a 'can do' attitude.
This role is at the heart of a dedicated and caring team and is a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. As part of the administration team you will work closely with the medical secretaries, Consultants and Nursing colleagues, supporting them in ensuring that high standards are maintained and they have everything they need to provide the best possible care for the service users.
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment, can communicate confidently, is thorough and takes pride in their work, can build strong working relationships with a variety of people, can prioritise their workload and work to deadlines.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
2. Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role.

3. Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management.
4. RSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment.
