This position is part of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), responsible to a delegated member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Together with other members of the School Leadership Team, as Assistant Head Teacher/Year Group and College Leader you will take the lead for maintaining and enhancing the ethos and development of North Leamington School in accordance with the values and core purposes expressed in the Trust and school’s aims.
The primary purpose of the post is to lead and manage the school’s provision for students within a Year Group and College, in order to raise standards in all aspects of school life for the benefit of all those students. The main focus will be on working with students and staff teams across the school.
