Senior Manufacturing Engineer
The ASMPT team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Weymouth.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to our Manufacturing Engineering teams, working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of new processes, tests, and products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee production support for printer builds, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Ensure production documentation is up-to-date and maintained to ensure products meet quality standards.
* Liaise with other disciplines and departments to develop and deploy test and verification equipment.
* Collaborate with engineers throughout the design cycle, providing input on design reviews, project plans, and product transitions.
* Attend project meetings and communicate outcomes with the Manufacturing Engineering team.
* Ensure design changes are implemented promptly and smoothly transition into production.
* Undertake tasks in other production departments as needed, requiring occasional travel.
* Electrical and electronic fault finding, diagnosis, and repair.
* Ability to learn and manage complex electronic systems and processes.
About You:
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is comfortable working individually and as part of a team. You'll have:
* A BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience managing complex projects, with good cross-discipline communication skills.
* A good understanding of modern manufacturing methods, including current machining and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
* Experience working in a low-volume electrical mechanical environment.
* Desirable skills include 3D CAD, Lean Manufacture, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
