What Does the RoleEntail?
As an HR Manager, you willtake on both operational HR responsibilities, helping to drivesuccess within the HR plan. Your role will provide expert HRguidance, including employee relations, coaching managers, managingcaseloads and supporting the organisation through changes as theHotel updates and modernises.
What Ss Will YouHave?
You will be someone with arelevant HR qualification have an excellent understanding of HRdisciplines, and be confident in guiding HR policies. You'll havestrong experience in managing staff, supporting managers in formalprocesses, and leading HR projects. Strong organisational ss, theability to influence at all levels, and a people-first approach arekey to succeeding in this role. Ideally, you will have worked in arelevant field such as in a hotel, restaurant or similar to giveyou a better understanding of the needs of thebusiness.
