Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively ensures brand compliance/consistency are adhered to at all times.
* Uses creative to drive performance in territory and meet local business objectives.
* Works with all wider creative, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure collaborative work.
* Keeps abreast of design and technology trends to maintain innovation and freshness.
* Is an engaged and enthusiastic team member sharing ideas and suggestions on process improvements.
* Achieves all requested outcomes on time and on budget.
* Reports directly to the Creative Director.
* Delivers the range of creative material required for On-Air, Off-Air, Digital, Social, and Streaming as directed by the Creative Director.
* Works collaboratively or independently either as part of a wider project or within a self-contained brief.
* Understands and accepts creative feedback in a positive manner.
* Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
* Proven experience in graphic design and motion design, ideally with a good knowledge of broadcast, digital, and social.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or Motion Design or equal standing from an accredited Art Institute or School of Design.
* Fluency in graphics and animation programmes such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects and a basic knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent Apple Mac skills.
* Strong creative and analytical skills.
* Strong knowledge of the graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, colour.
* Proven experience of working with brands, understanding and complying with guidelines.
* Strong knowledge of moving image and current animation techniques.
* A great creative portfolio, showcasing innovative design solutions.
* Meticulous attention to detail, both creatively and in processes.
* Excellent knowledge of current trends, creative executions and technology / software.
* Good knowledge of the production process and deliverables for (video, digital, and social).
* Ability to work on a range of projects at once.
* Ability to work within a team and on self-contained projects.
* Experienced in high volume of work and tight turnaround deadlines.
* Ability to work within a dynamic design/creative team in a collaborative and productive way.
* Good understanding of current marketing media landscapes (TV, Digital, Digital OOH, Social).
