The role will include: Supporting the implementation of all aspects of the Learning and Career Development strategy. This will include the development, implementation and procurement of an annual training planSupporting the design and delivery of a range of learning and career development interventions across the organisation, helping to improve organisational culture in line with our PRIDE values and MTW Leadership Behaviours and promoting Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust as the employer of choice.
