My Client based in Leicester is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. You will be providing generalist support to senior HR team members and ensuring that all administration tasks linked to the Human Resources dept is up to date on a day-to-day basis.
This role will be for approx 25hrs per week and has the option of being remote working.
Responsibilities :
1. Assist with internal onboarding and offboarding processes including arranging company inductions
2. Creation of Offer letters and contracts of employment
3. Administration support for disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness absence investigations and hearings
4. Maintain accurate employee records for new starters and existing employees
5. Involvement in recruitment processes, including :Advertising roles on TalosLiaising with Hiring Manager and obtaining feedback on applicationsUpdating Talos in line with candidate progressArranging interviewsProviding feedback to candidates
Key Skills / Requirements :
6. Attention to detail is essential
7. Polite and professional communication, both written and verbal
8. Previous experience in an HR role
9. Basic knowledge of employment law
10. Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload
11. Competent with Microsoft Office
12. Desirable to hold a CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification
