Marketing Executive (12-month FTC) You'll be a key member of the team responsible for the deliver of a large strategic project. An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Insight Team, you'll be part of a fun and friendly team that works closely with each other to deliver the Marketing strategy to our customers, financial advisers and their clients. You will be working across the Marketing centres of excellence to support the delivery of the strategic project. In the role you'll work closely with key stakeholders and agencies to deliver on and offline Marketing material for our customers and advisers. Key Responsibilities Working with lead Marketing Manager, the role will Own and deliver required changes to on and off line Marketing Material in line with project deadlines. Support Marketing Managers with content creation. Support the delivery of great customer digital experience through understanding how a customer wants to interact with M&G Understand and develop the Marketing process in a regulated environment and shaping those processes to maximise efficiency and user experience. Ensure that all take to market activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred Prior investment and stewardship experience is preferred but not essential Excellent project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, keeping colleagues updated on project status and in the loop on decision making You must demonstrate the ability to adapt, learn quickly and pick up new skills You must be able to demonstrate a will to challenge the status quo to effect change You must be able to demonstrate attention to detail for example proof reading Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products would be helpful, but not essential We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G plc, underpinned by our policies and our employee-led networks who provide networking opportunities, advice and support for the diverse communities our colleagues represent.
