We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Children’s Residential Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people. This role involves supervising a team of care staff, working closely with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Registered Manager responsibilities include: •The daily running of the home •Staff management •Budgets •Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times •Compliance with all current legislation relating To be considered for the role you will have: •2 Years management experience within young people’s services •An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted •Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership Management / ILM Level 5 •Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
