Main duties of the job Working in a small and friendly team within a larger CNS service, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of other dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals to care for patients and their families, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice and actively improving the way we work. You will provide autonomous nurse-led services alongside the rest of the team. Examples of duties are: Offering support and signposting for patients at diagnosis and onwards. Providing symptom advice and support for a group of patients with complex and often fast changing needs. Holistic Needs Assessment. Multidisciplinary team working. Telephone assessment and follow-up.
