What Are We Looking For?
GPS is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team in Bristol on a full time permanent basis. You will be required to provide administrative support, assisting with the management of projects and operations, including supporting the Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to use their own initiative and contribute to the continued success of GPS.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
* Ensure all documentation is properly filed and stored in compliance with business and client standards.
* To answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
* Assist project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as require.
* Attend and minute internal and external meetings, collating and distributing the minutes appropriately.
* Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
* Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Work well within a team environment.
* Able to produce high standard of work.
* Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
